Hi, I'm Tara.

Founder of The Vital Executive™, Certified Functional Medicine Nutrition Practitioner, and Executive Metabolic Health & Performance Strategist. A former corporate CEO, elite athlete, and best-selling author. And a SCAD heart-attack survivor.
